NIRF Ranking OF IITs 2020
The INDIAN INSTUTIONS OF TECHNOLOGY (IITs) are most prestigious and top institutes of engineering in our country. As of 2020 there are 23 IITs in India. The first IIT was established in Kharagpur in 1951. This article provides you the ranking of IITs which will helps you choosing your best IIT college.
Every year the Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD), releases the ranking of IITs through the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF). MHRD releases the ranking of all colleges , including IIT colleges, across the country on parameters such as learning, resources, teaching, research and professional practices, graduation outcomes, outreach and inclusivity, etc.
In 2020 17 out of 23 IITs participate in NIRF ranking. The IITs ranking is tabulated below with NIRF scores . Keep in mind that NIRF ranking is for all colleges across country.
